Business and home assistant About me. I have a business (residential real estate for rent) that funds a couple of non-profits. We build schools in developing countries and do some reforesting in Seattle. I need some help in all areas. The Job I am looking for someone who is usually cheerful to help me downsize my household goods, do some housework, box up, offer suggestions, do some outdoor work, do some paperwork and help me keep my schedule. There will probably be some errands. The skills Some college would be good. Good organization would be a plus. Some computer skills, office, and cleaning skills might be helpful. The experience of one being a homeowner would be an asset to help me maintain mine. A driver's license is a plus. Current vaccinations are a requirement. The Hours Somewhat flexible about 3 to 6 hours a week and best times would be during the day. You could work around your kid's (if you have any) schedule at school or daycare. More hours are possible some weeks if that is desired. Pay DOE You are not going to get rich on this job but wages over the table will be competitive. This beginning-level job has the potential to grow if we both desire that.
