Objective: The employee will be asked to perform general labor duties throughout the facility during the busy season of the year. This position will also be responsible for loading fertilizer and filling NH3 tanks. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies. Our expectations are that you: Are available to work full time hours Are available to work Saturdays & Sundays when needed Are available to work overtime (as needed) Are able to do heavy lifting, loading, climbing and bending (50-100 pounds) You are right for this role if you: Have experience working in agriculture and enjoy being a key player in the industry Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Highly qualified candidates will bring: A High School Diploma (or GED) Class A CDL with Tank & Hazmat endorsements (or willing to obtain) Mechanical ability (helpful) Forklift experience (helpful) Agriculture background (helpful) Experience operating a skid loader and forklift (helpful)
