I’m rehoming my 1year old pup. I am moving and I can’t take her with me, my landlord won’t allow it. She’s half papillon half chihuahua. Mostly all black and she is about 4lbs and it’s going to stay at that weight. She’s a loving pup but is NOT potty trained. She’s good with other dogs and good with kids.
