We are seeking a vacation rental Assistant Property Manager to join our Colorado Team! The person should be a natural leader, pay attention to details and one who is flexible, adaptable, multi-tasking, willing to go the extra mile to make things happen. You will be assisting in different aspect of the vacation rental operations. You will be responsible for property oversight including- cleaning, maintenance reporting, and restocking our listings! We are looking for employee who is reliable, responsive, and is local. Duties & responsibilities include: • Performs or arrange and oversees maintenance • Cleaning, changing of linens, laundry. • Inspection of properties for damages or stolen items after each check-out • Ensure properties meets required standard for cleanliness and safety • Organize, restock, manage necessities, and supply closets, this includes linen drop off and pickup • Communication with our online team for coordination of tasks, process improvements or fulfilment of guests’ needs via mobile app. • Use of the Breezeway app for scheduling and tracking update on tasks. Cleaning short-term rental properties requires an exceptional level of service. The Cleans • Most of our cleaning happen between 11am and 4pm.whenever there is a check-out. • clean all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. • changing out linens for all bedrooms and bathrooms (towels, sheets) • washing of linens/towels and stored away on-site. (washer/dryer in each unit) • bagging and taking trash out to bins on property • re-stocking items like toiletries, kitchen items, etc. (owner provided and easily accessible on site). There are washer/dryers in each unit for this task, so you can clean while washing/drying, or you can clean them at your home, and we will provide you extra sheets and linens for your convenience. Cleaning checklists will be provided prior to your first clean. Supplies • Cleaning supplies to be provided by you. • Special items as requested by guests will be provided by the owner. Interested candidates -- we will schedule a phone interview and, if all goes well, there will be an in-person meeting on 01/31/2022 at the designated property. You will be assigned your first clean. One of our management team will meet you at the first clean to guide and train, answer any questions. We will review your first clean at end of day and continue forward based on quality.
