Order Picking: Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Carry or transport orders to shipping area. Repack: Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary. Report quality variances. Print shipping label and tag the packages. Quality: Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Knowledge/Experience/Skills:The Order Filler/Picker must be able to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly. The Order Filler/Picker must be capable of sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time. The ability to follow directions is extremely important.
