Job description NW Construction General Contracting, Inc. is seeking experienced general laborers/pipe layers to add to our team. These individuals would have opportunity to work on prevailing wage projects and other projects that are primarily local. The Position Duties of this position would include, but not be limited to operating heavy equipment, trenching, grading, loading trucks, demolition, asphalt/concrete removal and more. What we are looking for - Reliability - Honesty & integrity - Hard working & diligent - Experience operating heavy equipment -Must be able to physically lift up to 50 lbs without assistance - Must be able to follow instructions -CESCL certification and other certifications are desirable. Additional detail Heavy Equipment Operation: Excavator Dozer Dump truck Roller Haul truck Vactor Truck Sweeper Skidsteer Grade Checking Pipe Laying Topcon/Trimble/GPS Pay & Benefits Bi-Weekly pay schedule (every two weeks) Private wage starting at $22/ DOE Prevailing Wage when on public works projects Health Insurance offered after 60 days with $300 company contribution Paid sick leave after 90 days.
