We are looking for the right candidate to be a part of our production department. As a member of the production and installation team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the physical production of signs, which includes preparing substrates and applying cut vinyl or decals according to design specs. You would have the opportunity to be creative, work in a comfortable and fun environment, and be able to learn the business, our customers, and to take pride in the creation of a unique and custom product. Primary Job Responsibilities Include: • Excellent customer service skills plus ability to follow through and pay attention to details. • Effectively managing time and projects, with the ability to deal with changing priorities every now and again. • Reading detailed work orders, selecting the correct material/substrate and accurately cut to size. (Substrate training will be provided). • Capability to use small/medium tools such as a panel saw, table saw, skill saw, drills, etc. • Basic math skills are necessary for measuring, cutting and preparing substrates / materials. • Previous production / assembly experience, sign or print shop experience helpful. • You will need to work on your feet (stationery and walking) for your shift and must be able to occasionally maneuver up to 50 pounds. Occasionally using a ladder will be necessary. • Perform basic installations as needed at customer locations, maintaining the professional standards of the company. • Insurable driving record required. We are looking for someone who can work with their hands and their head, and be willing to learn a new trade or apply your existing skills. We offer good benefits for full time employees, paid vacation, holidays, matching 401k, health insurance, and work only Monday thru Friday, off on Fridays at 1pm. No Nights or Weekends!
