Benefits Included: Health, Life/Disability Insurance, Paid Time off Benefits Offered: Vision, Dental Primary Responsibilities: Check out tools and equipment as needed to employees Clean, Service and maintain equipment such as but not limited to: Fans/Air movers Dehumidifiers Hepa Air Scrubbers Air compressors Chain Saws Small engines Repairs and maintenance Checking and changing filters on equipment Diagnose/repair/troubleshoot electrical problems Position Requirements: Effective oral communication Basic math skills High school diploma/GED Must have experience with above Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Pay Rate based on experience.
