Mission The mission for this position is to provide quality customer service, to maintain an organized and accurate warehouse, and to promote organized and accurate records. Outcomes Write new part numbers and update existing part numbers with extremely high consistency and attention to detail. Assist customers with scanners to ensure all parts are consistently checked out to the correct work orders and departments Thoroughly and efficiently complete paperwork for payroll deductions when issuing rain gear to customers Offload deliveries in a safe and efficient manner, checking for any damage to product and rejecting or noting the damage as necessary Detail all deliveries to ensure the contents are the items ordered and in the correct quantities: if items are missing or incorrect, contact the vendor to resolve the issue – print all documents necessary and process in SL Accurately restock all stock items held in the Parts Warehouse and ensure stock items are placed in the correct homes Maintain warehouse accuracy by completing regular cycle counts on warehouse stock Assist customers with looking up stock parts and ensure that stock parts are used before special order parts are brought in for a project Enter eReq orders for stock items based on weekly reorder report—export and place these orders once approved Order office supplies as requested through the central supplies order email Sort and identify parts in satellite locations to be designated as restockable, stock, or parts for sale Perform additional duties as requested Assist with parts returns to the warehouse and to vendors All job duties listed above, but not limited too Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED – will accept combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills Bilingual preferred Ability to demonstrate excellent accuracy and consistency Ability to provide quality customer service Proficient with computers and ability to learn new programs Willing to attain forklift approval Maintain close relationship with other departments as the need for new stock is always changing
