2 FULL-TIME RANCH HANDS WANTED We are looking for a full-time, hard-working Ranch Hand with 2-5 years of previous experience working with horses on a horse ranch, feeding and cleaning stalls. We need someone who really knows what they are doing and has worked on ranch before. We are looking for someone who is able and willing to take initiative as needed and is willing to go above and beyond in performing their ranch hand duties. This opportunity is for a full-time, long term position. We are looking for that right person to join our team, who is willing to learn our processes and perform all job duties required. Previous horse ranch experience is a must Experience working with tractors, manure spreader, and forklift is a must. Daily job duties include, am/pm feeding, watering, cleaning stalls, and giving your best care to 60 horses on a daily basis. We turn horses out to pastures for grazing after AM feed and back in at end of the day for night. Job Duties -Feed horses in AM at 6am and then at 4pm for PM Feeding -Clean 3 barns daily (32-40 stalls including tack rooms in each barn) -Take horse manure out and put in manure spreader -Drag 2 arenas - indoor/outdoor -Clean paddocks 1-2 times weekly -Turn out 15-20 horses 9am/10am -Turn in horses at 3pm for PM feeding It is important for us to keep and maintain a professional and positive attitude while keeping and maintaining a clean and friendly facility at all times.
