East Valley Masonry Foam Insulation company has an opening for a Foreman Trainee, & Entry Level positions available. You must be able to learn and perform the duties needed for both prepping the wall prior to install, and cleaning and patching after the install. You will also need to learn the various tools and equipment needed to install the product. Foreman Trainee needs to have a Clean driving record, an ability to learn something new, and show a willingness to learn a trade that will provide a steady income with good pay. There will be a review every four months for the first eight months to establish how well they are progressing, with raises given if they are meeting the needed requirements. Most of our work is in the Phoenix Metro Area, but we do occasionally go out of town when needed. When we are out of town, you meet at the shop in Mesa and take the company vehicle to the job site, then NRG Foam pays for a hotel room for however long during the week we need to complete the job. Sometimes it may only be 1-2 nights, and then the rest of the week will be back in the Valley. Every night spent in a hotel adds a per diem amount to your check that is considered a reimbursed expense that has no taxes taken out. Applicant must be able to travel occasionally, and have NO legal travel restrictions. Our company has been in business for over twenty-eight years, and we have both a solid reputation, and a long list of sold jobs ready for us. If you are motivated and can show up on time and be ready to work, this will be a full time position. My employees average about 45 hours a week. We typically work a Monday through Friday work week. There is room for advancement for the right individuals. Applicant must have their own reliable transportation to and from shop, and a valid AZ driver's license. To advance, a clean MVD is needed.
