$500 SIGN ON BONUS Duties will include, but not be limited to: apartment preparation, office cleaning, common hall cleaning, grounds pickup, etc. Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen and background check. We are looking for a positive, dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team. This is a steady 40 hour a week position. EOE.
