Items needed to be done at an apartment at 21st and Park Ave South include: 1. Install/mortise deadbolt into a wood bedroom door 2. Adjust ball catches on double closet doors 3. Install four new window treatments 4. Replace a toilet flapper 5. Replace strip at bottom of shower door 6. Install two TVs and one new mount 7. Remove faucet handles to determine faucet stem type so new stem can be bought 8. Dispose of an 8 foot wood door 9. Move cable outlet and one electrical outlet further up a wall to be behind the TV 10. Cut grommet hole into a wood countertop Materials are on site but you will need to bring all of your own tools. I have a ladder for the installation of the window treatments. If you drive, there is 3-hour metered parking on the street for commercial vehicles. Otherwise, there is a 6 train stop only a block away. Please only respond if you are able to do all of this work.
