1 Helper and 1 laborer position needed for make readies, maintenance and renovations. Must have own transportation to and from project site, be reliable, own basic tools, good work ethic. The work is a jack of all trades and a master at none. Experience requirements are basic carpentry, installing lighting, plumbing fixtures and appliances, painting, drywall and drywall repair among other skills necessary to complete projects. 18 or older, 1-3 years minimum experience and able to lift 50lbs or more. Good attitude and able to work flexible hours while supervised or left alone for a few hours. No drugs or alcohol at work site. Pay is based on experience and work ethic.
