We are a locally acclaimed and family-owned Handyman and Remodeling company seeking skilled tradespersons for our team on a part to full time basis depending on work flow. Seeking one multitalented individual with extensive experience in carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Also looking for an affordable licensed electrician sub, and a journeyman carpenter with experience in both interior and exterior carpentry, including framing, decks, doors, windows, trim and siding. We pride ourselves on top-quality work and require our people to have knowledge of local codes and be fully trained in (and perform to) "best practice" standards in each of the individual areas of construction they perform--and we pay accordingly (1099). Must be reliable, neat, customer service and detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and able to pass a background check if necessary. We are willing to work around your own businesses' commitments, but require your commitment to your word to us, as well as a "non-compete" ethic. Your own insurance a plus, and WE REQUIRE THAT YOU RESIDE IN THE AREA WE SERVICE (a 25 minute radius of Cary, IL). NO CITY DWELLERS or guys who would drive an hour to our work area, please.
