We are in need of a maintenance technician who has the talent and know-how needed to provide a phenomenal living experience for our residents by maintaining and assisting with overall care and upkeep of the building and grounds at a beautiful property in Mequon, WI, just north of Milwaukee. Our ideal candidate has the ability to fix basic residential plumbing and electrical issues, as well as performing other building maintenance including drywall patching, painting, and light snow removal as needed. If you fit this description and have a valid license, reliable transportation, and the ability to be on an on-call rotation, you may be a perfect fit! Requirements: - Previous experience, either personally or professionally, with basic residential maintenance - Plumbing: replacing fixtures, snaking drains, etc. - Electrical: replacing outlets and fixtures, appliance installation and repairs, - Construction: drywall patching and painting. - Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
