As a Restoration Technician, you will perform emergency water extractions, emergency demolition of wet building materials, setting up drying equipment, monitoring and accurately documenting site conditions. Clean up from water, fire, and ice damage. Duties include trash and debris pickup, demolition, general site cleaning, contents manipulation, moving furniture, boxing of personal items, carpet cleaning, shop/office cleaning, vehicle cleaning, and various cleaning as needed. · Demolition and debris removal · Able to communicate in English (written & verbal) · Able to lift 50+ lbs · Familiar with a wide range of equipment common to construction demo · Able to work in an environment that requires restoration work · Excellent Customer Service & Communication skills · Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
