We're hiring a Maintenance Technician for a beautiful luxury apartment community in Des Moines. You would be responsible for completing work orders and managing preventative maintenance for residents. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with on-call hours. Eligible for renewal commissions and a very generous benefits package after probationary period. This is a great opportunity to join a company that is a growing property management group!
