Description
The method of roof cleaning I use cleans and protects your roof, adding years to its lifetime while minimizing the number of granules rubbed off of your roof tiles. If you have ever removed moss before, you know some species of moss have very tough and have imbedded root systems that make them an annoyance to get out. Luckily for you, I'm here to take care of that headache for you. The process that I use has 3 steps. Step one: treat the moss with zinc (I use Moss B-ware). Step 2: come back 4 weeks later to remove ~95% of the moss. Step 3: treat roof with zinc again. The first step in the process kills all of the moss. In the second step I use a soft bristled brush to remove most of the moss, the rest will weather off in 3-6 months. This is done in order to prioritize the granules on your roof tiles over getting that last little bit of moss. In the third step, I apply another treatment of zinc in order to prevent future growth of moss for up to 2 years. The method I use for gutter cleaning is hand clean the gutters, put the gunk in my 5-gallon buckets, then dump the buckets in 33-gallon heavy duty bags and repeat until all the gutters are clean. If any of the down spouts aren't draining properly, I use my pressure washer to unclog them. Accurate job estimates are difficult to give over the phone or even with pictures, I can give you an estimate over the phone but that will be adjustable to what I see once I see the job in person. You have the option to pay me half of the money the first visit and the rest the second visit. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call or text me at any hour, I am never too busy to help you. On the small chance I do not pick up it is because I am dead asleep or out of cell phone reception. In that case I will get back to you asap and I appreciate your patience.
