Pioneer Millworks is a reclaimed and sustainable wood company, sourcing wood from across the country and beyond. At our mill in McMinnville, OR we craft flooring, paneling, siding, posts and beams, furniture, and more. We're looking for a mill team member at our McMinnville, OR location who has a knack for machine operation. This position's role will help in the production of high-end flooring and paneling using semi-automated tooling. Duties include, but are not limited to, defecting wood, running the moulder, milling, sawing, with some preparation of pallets of finished products for shipment (wrapping and labeling). Here's a must: you must be dependable, bring a positive attitude, and respect for teamwork. Bonus if you can operate a forklift. This position is full-time, M-F with the opportunity for on-the-job training and growth.
