sound image buttons added to my website

Hi I need half a dozen sound image buttons added to my website. These are buttons that are an image and when clicked play sound and also take you to a new page. My brother made one of these using an app online he found here I tried to use the app to create a button using the sound and image that I wanted but I am completely computer illiterate and I couldn't figure it out. I can pay 50 dollars for each button and another 200 to have them placed on my site and I need 6 of them. I have the images and sounds I want to use. I want the buttons to glow and shutter and have a colored background after they are created and also be html links to other pages on my site Then I need them placed to my site. I can pay 500 total for the entire job. Price negotiable. Please send me the link to a sound button you have made using this app if your interested.
