Property manager seeks LICENSED drywall installer independent contractor who can install drywall, tape, mud and sand for finish before painting. Need immediately. Drywall includes 2-rooms, (22' x 20' and 25' x 12', small powder room, hallway, small closet. Flat fee $3,000 for labor, property manager will pay for all materials.
