Restoration technician We are looking for an experienced restoration technician for our new growing 911 franchise. Water mitigation and mold remediation licenses are preferred. Qualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent - Background check and drug test - Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation to work - Restoration experience 2 years - IICRC certifications preferred Benefits: Company truck Company smartphone Paid sick time Referral program Job description: -Perform initial inspection, prepare a scope of work review the situation with customer, establish and initiate drying plan, and communicate with insurance adjusters · Setup, monitor equipment for extraction and drying of loss site per IICRC guidelines · Removal of water and mold damaged materials, treatment removal of mold damage · Documentation of job and field data, moisture points, equipment, psychometrics, demo tracking, daily notes · Work in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces or attic · Maintain safe work environment · Available to work seven days and night shifts for emergency restoration calls · Be punctual and strong communication skills· · Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds · Must be available to work weekdays, nights, weekends and holidays · Fluent in English This is a full time position which includes a 90-day probationary period.
