We're hiring a Roving Maintenance Technician for beautiful apartment communities in Duluth. You would be responsible for completing work orders and managing preventative maintenance for residents at these market rate and affordable apartments. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, as well as on-call rotation. Requirements - 1+ years' experience in residential maintenance, preferably in Multi-housing - Boilers License, or ability to acquire - Must have valid Driver's license - Must be able to pass Kari Koskinen background check Great benefits package offered after probationary period.
