Landscape company in Noble has an opening to hire a crew leader/crew member with lawncare/landscape experience. Must have a valid OK Driver's license Must have reliable transportation to and from shop Prior 2-3 years verifiable commercial mowing and landscape experience is required for the Crew Leader position. Work Monday thru Friday with an occasional Saturday if bad weather takes place during the work week. Overtime available Year around work-Not Seasonal Paid weekly/paid holidays Benefits after 1 year of employment for qualified positions Starting at 14/hr. However, pay is negotiable and will be based on experience and related work ability. Must be able to lift 50lbs several times a day. Must be able to work in all weather conditions from extreme heat to freezing temperatures. Must not have a fear of heights or ladder work. We install Christmas Lights. We are a tobacco free work place Room to advance More $$$ for those with a spray tech license Must be able to follow directions Able to work unsupervised and complete jobs to company standards Work well with others Be at least 18 years of age due to our insurance requirements. No DUI/DWI within last 3 years Job Description- Day to day activities include but are not limited to: Landscape installs, planting trees and shrubs, hardscapes including patios and retaining walls, flowerbed clean out and de-weeding, mulching, leaf clean ups, irrigation installs and repair, mowing using large ZTR type mowers and 21" walk behinds, pulling and backing trailers, using mini skid steer with various attachments, equipment service and repairs, tree trimming and removal, landscape lighting.
