Rehome of 3 month old puppy

It breaks my heart to do this and we are in tears but we have to rehome a puppy we have had for 4 weeks! She is a high energy dog Anatolian Shepard that needs a house with a yard. We live in an apartment and moving is not an option right now. We are asking for a rehome fee to make sure she has a good home. We have taught her to come, sit and stay and she is mostly house broke with very few accidents. We named her Kya and she’s a great dog. She just needs more room to roam than we have available. She’s had her first shots and is 3 months old.
