SEEN and LOST black and tan dog

DESCRIPTION Black and tan, small shepherd mix, somewhat upright yet floppy ears, quite skittish, seems as if running around looking for owner. Doesn't seem like a stray. Seems lost!! Mostly was hanging out in the WalMart parking lot as of 5PM. Last seen at 5PM. I tried to lure with food and still have food out in the WalMart parking lot as of Jan. 24, but s/he is very skittish.
