Landscaping Company in Kailua- Kona Looking for Landscape Crew Member/ Irrigation Installation Crew Member We're looking to hire highly-motivated individuals who will be responsible for performing a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled landscape tasks including weed whacking, mowing, trimming, other general landscape maintenance, digging, carrying materials, irrigation, drainage; perform related work as required. Full-time openings for a Landscape Crew Member/ Irrigation Installation Crew Member 7:00am-3:30pm M-F shift Full-time openings for a Parking Lot Sweeper Crew Member Early morning shifts 7 days a week Wage will be hourly depending on experience • Must have experience with basic landscape maintanence and installing projects that involve irrigation REQUIREMENTS: • MUST HAVE YOUR OWN reliable transportation each day along with cell phone for easy communication • MUST be reliable, punctual, hardworking • MUST be available on weekdays and occasional weekends • Team Player but also can work autonomously • Provides excellent service (accurate, complete, and timely) to clients, work-site partners etc. in a courteous and efficient manner • Must be authorized to work in the United States and have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Be able to work in various positions, including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time; able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks; climb a ladder and be able to lift at least 50 pounds or more of weight throughout assigned workday LABOR DUTIES: • Completes basic landscape maintenance activities • Operates powered equipment (weed whacker, mower, blower, edger) • Preparing installation site • Material hauling and installing plants • Irrigation, hardscape, stone, mulch and other landscape materials • Clears and back fills ditches and trenches for irrigation and drains • Digs and back fills holes for plants, trees, and shrubs • Performs handwork as necessary using a pick, shovel, rake, or other hand tools • Performs rough grading using a rake • Carries materials (e.g., sod, rocks, and plants) • Applies fertilizer, planting tablets and herbicide • Performs general clean up at the work site • Connects irrigation and drainage pipe using glue • Sets sod, sprinkler heads, non-sewage catch basins, and tree stakes CALL 808-756-1612 and leave a voicemail with name, contact number, info on yourself and experience PLEASE DO NOT CALL IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
