Description
we wanna get somewhere. maybe you do, too.
but we all can't get somewhere if any given singer gets a panic attack and disappears forever into thin air.
it's happening a lot these days. over and over again and again. i've never seen anything like it on this level.
i guess the boogeyman is alive and well out there, chasing, harassing and injecting stark raving terror into the minds of the last two or three or five singers i've encountered.
if you are not afflicted by boogeyman harassment, real, imagined or realized in phobic ideation, continual or episodic, please reply.
if you are primed to fight the boogeyman please realize that we are not boogeymen.
there is no reason join in this band startup and then begin picking fights with us because your boogeyman detection neurons activated your hypothalamic pituitary adrenal axis and it is stuck in the 'fight' position, ready to go toe to toe with everyone who could possibly be a boogeyman.
everyone else--keep running from the invisible boogeyman that your parents or older relatives told you about. we know better than to chase singers who are freaked out by all the random boogeymen that just pop put of thin air every other minute.
regarding music rather than boogeyman issues--if you're not into rock, bluesy rock, rock n roll rock, groovy rock, other rock or really good inventive rock it's not gonna work out. having an ear for good punk, new wave, folk rock and other styles is desirable as well.
we would like someone who doesn't coast through the songs making them all sound more or less the same.
no heavy drinkers, no drugs. those two evils can trigger or exacerbate any latent forms of boogeyman harassment syndrome.
