Strategic planning is crucial for small businesses because it helps provide direction towards growth and development. This process tells you where you are and where you are going. Many small businesses go out of business in their first 18 months and many times it is due to a lack of education and planning. This workshop will give you, as a business owner an opportunity to look at your successes, challenges, and opportunities. It will provide education surrounding ways to set a business mission, as well as, short-term and long-term goals, and set an action plan for your business to scale and grow. *** This is a Live it and Learn it Workshop where you will implement the information presented in the workshop and you will return to discuss it on March 11, 2022. These are (2) 90-minute workshops.
