SweetsFest is Colorado's Dessert Tasting Event - Making Your Life A Bit Sweeter! Do You Like Desserts? Then Come To SweetsFest Denver! Sweetsfest Is Colorado's Dessert Tasting Event! We're here to makes your life a bit sweeter. We've brought together Denver's best artisan dessert-makers all in one place at SweetsFest. Come to SweetsFest and walk-through the event while you sample the delicious vendors desserts: chocolates, cookies, coffees, truffles, cupcakes, doughnuts, macaroons, toffee, baked goods and all things sweet! If you want to sample a dessert, pay with your tasting tickets. If you really like something, then you have the option to buy a larger size from the dessert vendor! This is a limited ticketed event. Only 1000 tickets to be sold. Buy soon, before we sell-out. TICKET / TASTING TICKETS PACKAGES: General admission is not sold without tasting tickets. Kids 12 and under are FREE. Each vendor sets how many tasting tickets are required for each sample and size of sample. Package A: $20 *Includes $10 General admission *Includes 12 tasting tickets ($10) Package B: $30 (Best Value) *Includes $10 General admission *Includes 24 tasting tickets ($20) If you've got a sweet-tooth and want to try lots of samples, the best deal is to purchase 24 tasting tickets in advance. Keep in mind, while we sell additional tasting tickets at SweetsFest; we expect long lines the day of the event. TICKET / TASTING TICKETS TIME -SLOTS: Purchasing your general admission and tasting tickets gives you access to the event for a total of 1 ½ hours; enough time to visit everyone. When you purchase your package you will need to select a time-slot for a specific time to attend. For each time-slot, we have a different colored wrist band that will be given to you at the event, so we can distinguish between the various time-slots. We will make announcements when there is a half-hour left for each time-slot to remind you that you have a half hour left to have fun, sample and purchase items. Time-slots to attend: 11:00am – 12:30pm 12:30pm – 2:00pm 2:00pm – 3:30pm 3:30pm – 5:00pm 5:00pm – 6:30pm ATTEND SWEETSFEST PRESENTATIONS! Sweetsfest also offers two unique & really fun presentations. Each presentation is about 30 minutes. Presentations are $25 each and come with fun-filled educational information and lots of samples for you to enjoy! Presentation time-slots to attend: 11:45am 1:15pm 2:45pm 4:15pm Tickets to SweetsFest and Tasting tickets are not included and must be purchased separately. SweetsFest Presentations: 1) Chocolate 101 * Learn where chocolate comes from * Find out how chocolate is made and the different types of chocolates * Sample a variety of chocolates 2) Coffee 101 – Art Of The Brew * Learn about the different regions where coffee comes from * How weather and location effects coffee taste * Learn about coffee roasting. Difference between macro & micro roasting. * Explore different brewing methods * Sample a flight of various coffees DAY OF SWEETSFEST Print up or have your confirmation on your phone. We cannot look it up at the event. Please allow enough time to park and come to the event and allow 15 minutes to go through the entrance. At the entrance you will be given: *A colored wrist band *Amount of tasting tickets you purchased (Kids under 12 do not need a wrist band) SweetsFest is produced by Premier Event Pros with headquarters in Parker, (Denver metro) Colorado.
