Assemble A Chair

I have an office chair I ordered a month ago. It is in a box and needs assembly. I did this myself a few years ago with the same chair. Took < 1 hr. The existing chair is falling apart. Not too difficult. Can pay $20. Back issues prevent me from doing this again. Am in Waltham (near Bentley). When finished, bring chair up one flight of stairs to the office and take the old chair out to the dumpster outside. Also, need you to bring a small saw. I need your help to cut a piece of plastic floor covering near where the chair will sit. Easy -- I'll explain further. This is a link to the chair:
