Looking for drivers to drive around the outer Houston area (Montgomery, Fort Bend, Galveston and Liberty Counties) and mark houses that may be in need of repair and houses that an investor may be interested in. Requirements are a very reliable vehicle and smart phone with GREAT service plan. I need someone that can average 60 homes added an hour. We will help with what we're looking for as well as giving direction as to what neighborhoods. I'm looking to add 4000 properties ASAP. Will hire 2-5 people. This is a daily position for an independent contractor and continued work will be given to the best drivers. A sample of the app and what the job looks like can be found below. Compensation is $17.50 per hour plus $250 bonus on any house we buy. COMPENSATION WILL BE DAILY through either cash app or Zelle. The app will calculate hours worked. LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE START
