Chocolate lab looking for new home

We have a 9 year old chocolate male lab needing a new home, hes a big boy around 75ish pounds! Hes still very active for his age and loves getting outdoors! Hes an absolute teddy bear, thus his name! He will take any attention he can get and will love you unconditionally! He gets along with any kids, cats or other dogs! He is not fixed but comes with papers! The reason for rehoming is, due to circumstances we are moving from a large house and yard to a much smaller apartment that has no outside area, so as extremely hard as this is we know that its better for him somewhere where he has plenty of room and all the love he needs! We are asking a small rehoming fee of 20$ to insure he gets a good home. Please message me for any further questions or concerns! :)
