Great opportunity to learn and grow with a family-run General Construction company in the Oviedo and surrounding areas. Looking for a Residential Construction Foreman who is reliable, trustworthy, and enjoys working with a team to meet deadlines. Must be able to manage construction projects and drive team to success. Reports directly to the GC. Competitive pay package based on experience. Paid Holidays and PTO after 90 days. Room for growth! Skills needed to include all or any of the following: • Bath and Kitchen Remodels • Drywall repairs • Flooring of all types • Interior/Exterior Painting • Finish work • Minor plumbing/electrical • Demo Job Requirements • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record with reliable transportation • 5-10 years in the construction industry a plus but not required • Pass background check • Spanish speaking a plus but not required • Physically capable of laborer duties • Team player who can also work independently Please include any relevant experience and starting availability in your response.
