Beer Sensory + Off Flavors Training Develop your beer knowledge. Familiarization with common beer off flavors is an important key of beer education. Learn the basics of tasting beer, off flavors that arise in beer, and how to identify them. Test your senses with a blind tasting! Advanced Cicerone®️ Charlie Perez will host this interactive workshop. We’ll go over (6) six common off flavors in beer. This is a good opportunity to learn more about beer and sharpen your senses. Geared toward home-brewers, beer enthusiasts, and those wanting to further their knowledge of beer. Afterwards, enjoy a pour of GameCraft Brewing beer while mingling with the class. Participants must be of legal drinking age (21+) to attend. Please refrain from wearing heavy scents of perfume or cologne as it may distract from sensory.
