WHAT: Greeting | Breathwork | Grounding | Yoga (with a chair as a prop: no need for a mat) | Vintage Shopping | Ayurvedic Inspired bunch & tutorials Inclusive Yoga + Brunch ticket at the cost of $25 Please Read: If folks would like to participate only in the Yoga & Shopping aspects of the event, Yoga will be offered as a part of Eadem Arbor's *G Class Series ie "Give What You Can." The cost of vintage items will be priced as marked.
