Winter is officially here, which signals a time when growers are gearing up for the forthcoming spring planting season. AgLanta Grown and East Point Grown are hosting a seed swap at Shamba Cultivating Ground on Saturday, February 12. Come network and commune with follow growers to not only exchange seeds but also take part in an optional "Start Your Own Seeds" workshop. In the workshop, you’ll learn about seed selection, preparing starter-soil mix, irrigation, light, and transplanting. Admission to the workshop is limited, so register early to ensure your space is available.
