Hello! My partner, my cat, and I, are looking for a new home after our lease expires at the end of May. The upper range of our budget is $1600, however depending on the situation this could change. We also could add another friend or two if there are extra rooms available. A little about us: We are both currently employed, one as a bartender and the other as a shoe salesperson and event organizer. We both are creative types, and enjoy creating new things from a variety of mediums, including music, painting, digital art, and more! We always try to stay mindful and respectful of others. We are looking for a landlord that we can rent from directly. We are very low maintenance and are hoping to find a place with an extra room or two that might be used for artistic purposes.
