Prado Program x Rise Nation Outdoor Workout
Join us for Sunday for a fun workout in the heart of the Design District. The 60 minute workout will be broken down into 30 minutes of Rise Nation's VersaClimber workout with trainer Luis Buron, followed by 30 minutes of Prado Program workouts with Cindy Prado. There will be lots of goodies, giveaways and good music afterwards.
