Come take an AKT Tone class with Trainer Ashley at 9:30am! Tone is our strength focused low-impact muscle endurance class. We are going to be located in the field to the left of the AKT studio behind Bay Hope Church! You can park in front of the studio or in the church parking lot. Please bring a mat for floor exercises.
