Valentine's Date Night Themed Couples Charcuterie Class with Danielle Mayes of Amayesing Graze at the Capital City Market! DATE NIGHT - VALENTINE’S DAY CHARCUTERIE CLASS Join us at the Capital City Market in downtown Lansing, for a special Date Night charcuterie class. Enjoy an evening of festive, Valentine’s-themed charcuterie board building with your partner. This class will be for couples – 1 ticket covers the instruction for 2, and supplies for one shared board. Class will be held on February 9th at 6 pm. This class will teach charcuterie basics plus our favorite tips and tricks from Amayesing Graze. We will be building a Valentine's Day themed board with delicious ingredients that you can find at Capital City Market! We will provide everything necessary to make and take a delicious charcuterie board home to share with family and friends. Your board will be loaded with artisan cheeses, various charcuterie, valentines themed favorites, fruits, nuts, honey, fresh herbs, crackers and more. PLUS Woodbury Wines & Kindred Vines will be joining us to discuss wine pairings and offer a sample tasting of the following: San Silvestro Dulcis Moscato d'Asti Les Amours D'Haut Gleon Rosé Shady Lane Pinot Noir Tasting available for guests 21+ only, Please bring Valid ID.
