WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 21, Brian Haggerty, of West Haven, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the Lucky Food Mart in West Haven and won $10,000.
