NORTH BAY SHORE, NY — Suffolk County police are seeking the public's help to identify and locate two men who stole a $6,000 chain from a man's neck earlier this month. According to police, two men entered a 7-Eleven, located at 148 Pine Aire Drive in North Bay Shore on January 15. At about 10:23 p.m., they approached the man and ripped the gold chain off his neck, police said. The men then took off in a Hyundai SUV, with a license plate number: 1340367, police said. The thieves left the store in a Hyundai SUV, police said. According to this photo obtained by police, the SUV license plate number is: 1340367.
