Female seeking non-smoking female to rent a fully furnished fourth floor bedroom in a secure, well maintained locked condominium building. Rent is $700.00 a month. All utilities, WIFI (Verizon's top speed router) and basic cable in your room is included. Premium cable; i.e., Netflix, Starz, HBO, and Showtime is available in common living room. Renter will have access to all kitchen wares needed for cooking, as well as basic necessities such as toilet paper, etc. Note, picture shows computer table with a regular chair but I have since added a proper Lazy Boy desk chair for your comfort. While there is no private bath, I rarely need the use of the bathroom during the morning when you may be preparing for work. Superb location, near the Silver Spring Metro, lots of sunlight, and very clean. Room has new double bed, and new non-carpeted planked vinyl floors (throughout entire apartment). In addition, there is a new bathroom vanity, new gas stove, new ceiling fan in the room, and new blinds. The building has an elevator. There is an endless supply of hot water if you enjoy long showers/baths. The #15 bus line comes directly in front of the building,which is located near downtown Silver Spring and will get you to the subway in 6-10 minutes. Please, no pets. Square footage listed is for apartment, not including kitchen or bathroom. Laundry rooms located just a few yards down the hall and are available on all floors, and open 24/7. Available February 1st or can arrange to rent beginning next month. I will also consider a short term or month to month lease. Security deposit will be returned immediately upon vacating unit so long as no damage is done to apartment during length of rental. There is an assigned parking space right next to the back door entrance in a private parking lot, however there are times that I do use it on infrequent occasions when I rent a car. If you have a vehicle, we can work something during those times. There is also street parking available.
