GREENWICH, CT — A dog was rescued from a house fire in Greenwich on Sunday, according to fire officials.
On Sunday, units responded to a residential fire alarm in the center of town. The Greenwich Time reported that the location was Brookridge Drive.
According to a Facebook post by the Greenwich Fire Department, firefighters on Engine 2 found smoke throughout the entire home, and initial crews conducted an interior search.
Fire officials said a dog was found and removed from the home.
The fire was located in the walls between the first and second floor, the GFD said.
