ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — Ross Park Mall lost a tenant over the weekend when its Talbots store closed. Talbots specializes in women's clothing, shoes and fashion accessories. According to its website, the chain has 500 retail and factory outlet stores in the United States and Canada. Talbots remaining locations in southwestern Pennsylvania are in Cranberry, Robinson, Mt.
