UPDATED, 9:55 a.m.: Traffic is now using a single lane to get by the crash as crews and emergency personnel work to clear the scene, according to PennDOT. PITTSBURGH, PA — Southbound Route 28 is closed to traffic between the Harmar-I-76 Pennsylvania Turnpike-Route 910 (Exit 11) off-ramp and the Harmar on-ramp.
