Fast Growing Vacation Rental Company is seeking an Experienced Handyman (Temp to Permanent) for their portfolio of 25 single-family homes in Scottsdale, Mesa, and Gilbert. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -General electric, plumbing, Appliance, HVAC, and pool equipment knowledge -Patch & Paint -Pickup and deliver supplies -House inspections -General maintenance (air filters, light bulb replacement, tv remote / fan remote programming / replacement) -Install & program door locks Qualifications: -Must be willing to undergo a background check. -Must have a clean driving record. -Must be a strong communicator -Must be reliable -Must have your own tools -Must have your own transportation Salary: $25/hr *There will be a 60 day trial period with the potential to become a full-time hire* Hours: Monday - Thurs 8 am to 5 pm w/ occasional emergency calls for overtime pay
