Residential Service Plumber 100% confidential interview We have more calls year-round than we can handle! Don’t worry; we are not here to burn you out by grinding you with calls. Most days, you will be running 2-4 calls. Our plumbers average a 38hr work weeks working 5 days a week.  You will dispatch from home and only come to the shop for 1 meeting a week. This position is personality-driven. We don’t want someone who just turns a wrench; we want you to build long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are bringing on multiple plumbers to add to our fast-growing fleet. This is a commissioned-based position with the potential to make $100k+ just by being you and taking care of our clients. Several schedules to choose from: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm Sunday-Thursday 8am-5pm Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation.
